Monthly subscriptions

If you are not satisfied within the first month:

  • We will attempt to resolve the issue
  • If unresolved, a full refund may be provided

Annual subscriptions

If you are not satisfied within the first 45 days:

  • Contact us with details
  • We will attempt resolution
  • If unresolved, a full refund may be provided

Ongoing subscriptions

If functionality is significantly reduced or discontinued during your subscription:

  • Notify us promptly
  • If unresolved, a pro-rated refund may be considered

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

You may cancel shortly after renewal and still request a refund within a reasonable period.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be provided in cases of:

  • Violation of terms of service
  • Account suspension due to misuse
