System allows definition of a custom assessment with auto markable question types. This can be assigned to candidates based on several filtering criteria. Start time, end time and max duration can be set, and the questions and answers are both randomized to prevent cheating.
After the candidates take the online assessment, they are automatically marked and ranked. They can then be shortlisted for the vacancy and sent communication for interview.
Schedule interview and define interviewers for each interview. Interviewers can provide score and feedback against each of the skill associated with the vacancy
The candidates can be ranked as per the final interview scores and sent communication for further processing.
